You should know who pays us before you trust our advice. Here it is, in plain words.
We are not tied to any developer or seller
We work with every developer we can, and with sellers of resale apartments too. You choose the project. Once you choose, we work on your side of the table: price, payment plan, contract, guarantee, delivery.

Services you choose
When you buy a new apartment through us, the developer pays us a marketing commission, and you pay us 1% + VAT (minimum ₪19,500 + VAT) for working on your side, due when you sign the purchase contract. Both are disclosed to you in writing before you sign.
Pre-purchase review, handover inspection, renovation, tenant search and property management are priced openly on our Pricing page. You pay for these only if you want them.
What we promise about it
- We tell you the commission on a project before you decide, not after.
- Every project card says whether the developer pays us.
- If a project is wrong for you, we say so, even when it pays us.
- You can walk away at any point before you sign. No buying fee is owed, only services you ordered.
- We never ask a lawyer, mortgage adviser or contractor to pay us for sending you their way.
Why this works for you
Developers pay for marketing. They are not paying us to sell you a particular apartment. Our value to you is the check we do on every project, the negotiation on your side, and staying with you after the keys.
